Ingridients :
500 g milkfish (cut into 4 sections)
1 pc lemon
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Seasoning:
3 pcs red onion (chopped fine)
1 clove garlic, (chopped fine)
5 pcs red chili peppers, (chopped fine)
4 pcs chili pepper, (chopped fine)
1 cm turmeric (crushed)
2 cm ginger (crushed)
2 stalk lemon grass (crushed)
2 bay leaves
3 teaspoon salt
1 tsp sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
500 ml of water

Cooking Method
Wash the fish and the gills and entrails removed, then remove the scales. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and let stand for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in pan and saute onion, garlic, red pepper, and cayenne pepper that has been chopped fine. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add water, cook until half a bay leaf to boil then input and turmeric, bay leaf, lemongrass, and ginger are crushed. Next, add salt, sugar, and soy sauce.
After that, input the fish into the skillet. And wait until the fish is cooked. Then pour the fish into the dish and served with white rice.
