Tempe is an Indonesian food. Tempe has a delicious taste and nutritious too. Inside there are a lot of the content of tempe nutrients. Consumption of tempeh regularly can prevent cancer. Therefore, it is advisable to consume tempe as a way to prevent cancer. One of the recipes made from tempe which is quite famous in Indonesia is Tempe Oreg.
Ingredients
150 grams of Tempe
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 pieces onion
1 clove garlic
2 pieces of red chilli
1 piece of chili
Cooking oil to taste
Salt and sugar to taste
Method
1. Cut tempeh like dice
2. Thinly sliced red onion, garlic, red pepper, and cayenne pepper
3. Heat oil and fry onions and chillies input
4. Stir-fry until fragrant
5. Add sweet soy sauce
6. Put tempeh and mix well
7. Add salt and sugar to taste
8. Lift and Serve
