Ingredients
3 bunch fresh spinach
1 Tomato
1 clove Garlic
2 pcs Onion
1 pc Red Chili
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 tsp salt
½ tsp Sugar
Method
1. Clean spinach and cut into chunks
2. Thinly sliced red onion, garlic and red chili
3. Cut tomatoes into pieces
4. Oil Heat
5. Put onion. Garlic, red pepper, and tomatoes
6. Stir-fry until fragrant
7. Then input Spinach. Cook smpai wilt
8. Add 1 cup water, salt, and sugar
9. Let stand for a moment until the water boils
10. Lift and Serve
