Here is one recipe that so delicious and nutritious.
Ingredients
1 tail Goldfish (500 grams)
Cooking Oil to taste
1 piece Lime
1 clove Garlic
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
Method
Clean fish, cut into 4 parts. Sprinkle with lime juice.
Puree garlic, turmeric, ginger, and coriander. Then dilute with water to taste. Put spices into the fish container. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Heat the cooking oil, fried Goldfish till golden brown. Lift and serve. So delcious and Nutritious cooking.
